THINGS TO DO:
| Image Resolution | 350dpi CMYK. |
| Transparency & Blends | Make sure ALL transparency have their layers Flattened, saved as Postscript Level 3 with TIFF Preview active. |
| Quiet Zone | Keep all important text and elements within 8mm WHITE clear-zone from trim edge, with 10mm clear-zone at the gluing end. |
| Terms on Reverse | Create as a 50% tint of Black for best results (it'll not show through then). |
| Bleeds & Gluing Edge | 3mm Bleed off non-Gluing/non-Binding edges only. (For Sets + Pads): ***NO BLEEDS*** on Gluing edge allowed (options as per either 10mm White Clear-zone from glue edge, or we can glue them at the opposite End if no bleed there). |
| Fonts | Convert ALL fonts to vector Outlines. |
| File Format | Supply as all-CMYK Press-Ready PDF to actual size (if no bleed), or with 3mm Bleed + Crops. |

THINGS TO AVOID:
| Thin Lines / Hairlines | Convert all Hairlines to 0.5pt minimum. |
| Avoid large areas of Solid Ink | Potential cause of "Set-off" by over-inking the NCR paper and it not having time to dry before its guillotined. |
| Transparency | Make sure ALL transparency and transparent elements have their layers Flattened, and saved as Postscript Level 3, on Binary (not ASCII), with 'TIFF Preview' button active. |
| Don't include Numbering on the actual artwork, but describe it in the relevant "Sequential Numbering Location" text field above. | |
| Avoid tints on Writing areas – Ensure areas to be written on don't have any ink, or a 10% Maximum Tint if your client must have it, for best transference potential. | |

GLUING EDGE
Glued into Pads of 50 NCR Sets per Pad, at Top edge as standard.
SIZE CLEAR ZONE GUIDELINES
Keep 8mm clear zone around all edges for important text and images, although bleed is available off the three non-glued edges - in that case, CROP MARKS will be required (don't need Bleed marks!) with 3mm BLEED on the three non-glued edges if required.
Note Pads / Desk Pads – Office desk Environment only.
Sequential Numbering option
Usually created as 5 digits (up to 7 digits max.) as 00001 etc.; do NOT put the numbering on the actual PDF artwork (otherwise it'll print on the job) but leave space (12mm tall x 30mm wide) describe its location in the box below. However you can start the sequential numbering wherever you like e.g. 01001-01500 etc. - numbering size is usually based around 14pt Arial and Black ink as default. We only do CRASH Numbering (thus the number is printed on the top copy but the pressure goes down through all the sheets).
We can alter the size and colour as it's digital numbering (e.g. 10pt in Red ink) on request.

You need to describe the position such as "Top Right beside Service Report", "Top Left beside Letter A", "Centre Top under Address". DON'T include numbering on your actual PDF artwork otherwise it'll print on the job. We need 12mm tall x 30mm wide of free space on your artwork for the sequential numbering area.
Drill Holes
2 Drill Holes are based on standard 80mm centre-to-centre ring binders, whether for 2-hole or 4-hole variants.
We use a 5mm Drill.
NOTE: Remember if placing TERMS & CONDITIONS on the reverse to be aware of Orientation / Positioning through a vertical rotation axis.

Our default product is a Perforated, Stapled and Bound BOOK of 25 Vouchers, but we can also supply as LOOSE Vouchers (1 Qty above will get you 50 Loose Vouchers if you prefer to have them that way). The LOOSE Vouchers can either be Perforated or NOT Perforated. You choose!
Printed Card Cover
*Printed on ONE side only of a standard White Card Cover.
Choose either printed (Full Colour) as Outer Front 4/0 only, OR as printed (Full Colour) Instructions on Inside Reverse 0/4 only.
Provide instructions as to which side is required within "Additional Info" box.

Ink Coverage
Standard 30% INK COVERAGE:
- Usually that means a Busn Reply + Small logo block + text, or partial tint with lighter colours over part of the canvas.
- Majority of the canvas is left blank White.
OPTIONAL 60% HEAVY INK Coverage:
- Upgrade from Standard allowing for partial photo + logo block, but leaving 40% White area free.
Writing Shields
Inserted Loose Writing Shields are standard configuration with NCR Pads, and is a peel-off Shield on White uncoated 4-sheet (250gsm) Card. This stops the impression transferring to NCR Sets below the current Set you are using.
Optional upgrade of Attached Hinged Writing Shields ["HWS"] is the same type of White uncoated 4-sheet (250gsm) Card as above, but extended to wrap over the edge and physically attached to the Pad (so you don't lose it).
