A3 Sizes in some NCR Products has been restored, where possible. We've also defaulted to WHITE/YELLOW for 2pt. DOUBLE-SIDED are currently taking extra production time, as are A3 sizes, so please manage customer' expectations!
Free Delivery within UK* + Ireland
TPUK.trade currently offer FREE Delivery (via DPD48) as standard on print to most UK and Ireland trade customers (*excluding Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands where a small charge of £12 + VAT applies at Checkout — pick your UK Region within pop-up).
How long will my order take?
Normally, the majority of TPUK.trade orders are:
- printed within 3-4 working days (unless very large quantities), then...
- delivered FREE in 2 working days via DPD48.
- Plain Packed and shipped White Label.
- We would require the Delivery Contact's Name, Mobile No. and Email for DPD to send them their 1-hr Delivery slot on the day.
How can I get my order quicker?
If you're in a hurry – and if the Product allows the feature – you can choose our Express Service, which will cut 1 day off production plus 1 day off delivery time, thus a 5-6 working days order will be with you in 3-4 working days at the earliest.
LARGER QUANTITIES – PART ORDERS
Orders above certain quantities (e.g. 5000+ Sets / 50+ Pads / 5000+ Envelopes) will require additional time in production which you'll be advised upon at time of order.
A Part Order will be dispatched in standard turnaround if requested, with the rest sent on quickly thereafter.
TURNAROUND CLARIFIED
TPUK consider the "first working day" as the Working Day AFTER Order has been received, OR if received on a Working Day before 10am.
